This notice has been prepared by the Personal Data Protection Authority (Nasuh Akar Mahallesi 1407. Sok. No:4, 06520 Çankaya/Ankara) in its capacity as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (Law) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.

The purpose of this Cookie Information Notice is to inform you about the processing of personal data obtained automatically through the placement of cookies on your device, including the purposes for which we use cookies on our website, the types of cookies used, their legal basis, and your rights. Our website only uses first-party session and persistent cookies that are strictly necessary for providing the service.

Types of Cookies

Cookies by duration of use:

  • Session cookies are used to maintain session continuity and are deleted when the user closes their browser.
  • Persistent cookies are not deleted when the browser is closed; instead, they are automatically deleted after a specific period or on a specific date. Our website uses both session and persistent cookies based on their duration.

The processing of personal data through these cookies is based on Article 5(2)(f) of the Law No. 6698, which states that “data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”

Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698, which regulates the rights of the data subject, you may submit your requests to the Personal Data Protection Authority in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.
