• 1941 - Hamdi Dalan started soap production in Namazgah-Izmir.

• 1979 - Dalan Kimya A.S. Pinarbasi facilities were founded.

• 1981 - Mechanical soap production began.

• 1985 - Dalan Yag Endustri A.S. was founded.

• 1987 - Exports began.

• 1994 - Fully-computerized and automatic soapline installation started.

• 1996 - Dalan, Diana, Cindy ve Roxy brand products were joined by Alara, Adalya ve Nancy brands.

• 2003 - ISO 9001:2000 Quality Certificate was awarded.

• 2006 - The cosmetics production unit was added to Pinarbasi facilities and production of liquid soap, hand cream, shaving cream and cosmetics began.
