CONTINUOUS SAPONIFICATION

CONTINUOUS SAPONIFICATION

Continuous Saponification is the technique of feeding continuously to the system of raw materials to be saponified, thereby achieving uninterrupted production. In this system, it is imperative that processing conditions and appropriate dosing are sensitively provided. Therefore the system provides consistency in the quality of the product and the capability to swiftly control and alter quality values as required.

The neutralization of fats forms soap and glycerin and in the continous saponification process chain, the glycerin extraction productivity is higher because modern extraction processes can be attached to the system. Another significant advantage of this system is that the production speed is higher compared to interrupted production technique (batch operation saponification).
